On Parts and Compatibility:
While our Parts may be listed as being compatible with a given brand or type of chair, we do not guarantee that any one Part is compatible with anyone brand, chair, or use type. We are not liable for damages incurred from any usage of our Parts in any piece of furniture, automotive vehicle, or seacraft. If defect is found in a Part and warrants return as per our return policy, Recliner-Handles will not pay for any damages, implied, physical, or mental caused to existing furniture or person. Buyer of Recliner-Handle Parts assumes all risks of using and installing Recliner-Handle Parts, and any extra costs or repair needed to install or replace a Part.
On Users Reviews/Testimonials
Our Site may contain testimonials or “reviews” of our Products And/Or Services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such Users. However these experiences are personal to those Particular Users and do not reflect Recliner-Handles opinion or necessarily be representative of all Users of our Products And/Or Services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all Users will have the same experiences. Your results with the information on our Site or our Parts may vary.

These services may have various access to customer data when performing maintenance or problem fixing. Recliner-Handles is not liable for any Data collection beyond the scope of Recliner-Handles.com itself, or unintentional data collection done by negligence or malevolent actors within the framework that Recliner-Handles.com is built within.
Payments on Recliner-Handles are processed via Braintree and PayPal, who administer transactions and refunds of currencies. Clicking “Pay” may create a pop up, create a new page, or redirect the current page to the payment processors Site to confirm billing information and finalize the transaction. Recliner-Handles.com is not liable for User experience or data collection that occurs on the payment processors Site, and any suspected breach or lack of privacy should be taken up with Braintree/Paypal.
