This is a junction box made by eMoMo tech, and it is a eMoMo NHX03 type remote controller kit, model NHX034A8HRMBT. It's found in several models of Lazy Boy recliners, and has connectors to control the heat, chair position, and massage motors of the chair. Normally sold alongside a controller, this can be ordered alongside or by itself. Note: This control kit can't replace or be replaced by similar looking NHX03 models, so look carefully at the serial number on your box, as it should start with. SN:E034A8HRMBT.
